As a general rule, I only take on small to medium dogs. Any breed that fits this criteria is generally welcome, pending a first meet.

It's very common for clients to need their dog walking whilst they're out for the day. In this case, we will agree prior to the walk how you'd like me to collect your dog. Whether it's a spare key or code that you need to give me, I'm happy to follow your lead. Please see my terms and conditions regarding entering empty homes.

If anything unexpected happens during our walk, I will get in contact with you or the relevant emergency service/ veterinary surgery.

I will send you updates via WhatsApp with photos so you can see that your dog is happy.

Whether you select a 30 minute or 60 minute walk, your dog will be walked for that full period. Collection, greeting, drying paws and return of your dog is free and carried out beyond the walk time.

Yes! In fact it's essential I meet you and your dog to make sure we're a good fit together so that everyone is happy. This is free of charge and no obligation to book if the meet doesn't go to plan.

In the case that your dog has not been spayed or neutered and this has not been disclosed, I cannot be held responsible for the consequences.

If for some reason your dog becomes injured or unwell, I will give you and your secondary contact a call. If you are unavailable, I will take your dog to the closest veterinary surgery.

I understand life can happen and you may need to cancel. I require you to provide at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will incur a £10.00 charge.
